Description : Objectif : L'objectif de cette étude est d'insuffler une réflexion sur le fonctionnement
institutionnel concernant la pratique des soignants de l'alimentation-plaisir du patient
presbyphagique grâce des moyens favorisant l'amélioration la qualité de vie. Méthodologie
: Un questionnaire à destination des soignants permet de prendre en compte les connaissances
et les pratiques afin de mesurer la nécessité de les sensibiliser à l'alimentation-plaisir
des patients presbyphagiques. Une box ainsi qu'un poster sont confectionnés pour enrichir
leur pratique auprès de ces patients afin de susciter le plaisir par la voie alimentaire.
Résultats : Les soignants montrent des connaissances partielles concernant les spécificités
de la prise en charge des patients presbyphagiques. Conclusion : La pratique des soignants
en institution concernant l'alimentation-plaisir à destination des patients presbyphagiques
est limitée par des connaissances sporadiques ainsi que des moyens cantonnés aux exigences
nutritionnelles. La box à alimentation-plaisir ainsi que le poster permettraient de
pallier ces freins. Objective : This study aims to sett of a reflection on the institutional
functioning, concerning nursing-assistant's practice of the food-pleasure on presbyphagic
patient, thanks to means which improve their quality of life. Methodology: A questionnaire
has been send to nursing-assistants. It aimed at gathering some informations regarding
their knowledge and practices, in order to measure the need of raising their awareness
among the pleasurable diet of presbyphagic patients. A tool box and a poster have
been built to enrich their practice with these patients and to know how to create
pleasure through the nutrition. Results: Nursing-assistants have a partial knowledge
of the specificities of presbyphagic patients management. Conclusion: The practice
of institutional carers concerning pleasure nutrition for presbyphagic patients is
limited by sporadic knowledge. Also, means are limited to nutritional requirements.
The box feeding pleasure and the poster would overcome these brakes.;
