Preferred Label : paraneoplastic cerebellar degeneration;

MeSH definition : Cerebellar degeneration associated with a remote neoplasm. Clinical manifestations include progressive limb and GAIT ATAXIA; DYSARTHRIA; and NYSTAGMUS, PATHOLOGIC.
