Preferred Label : Anti-CD19/CD20/CD22 CAR T-Cells;
NCIt synonyms : Anti-CD19/20/22 Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-Cells; CD19/CD20/CD22-targeted CAR-T Cells;
NCIt definition : A preparation of human T-lymphocytes engineered to express a chimeric antigen receptor
(CAR) specific for the tumor-associated antigens (TAAs) cluster of differentiation
19 (CD19), CD20 and CD22, with potential immunostimulating and antineoplastic activities.
Upon administration, the anti-CD19/CD20/CD22 CAR-T cells target and bind to CD19,
CD20 and CD22 expressed on the surface of certain tumor cells. This induces selective
toxicity in tumor cells expressing these TAAs. The TAAs are overexpressed in certain
hematologic malignancies.;
