of the N-terminal transcriptional activation domain of the retinoic acid receptor
alpha protein fused to the seven C-terminal zinc fingers of zinc finger and BTB domain-containing

NCIt note : Due the alternative splicing of the RARA gene, two forms of the RARA/ZBTB16 fusion
protein can be detected: RARA/ZBTB16 Isoform A1 (277 amino acids; 31 kDa) or RARA/ZBTB16
Isoform A2 (274 amino acids; 31 kDa) is comprised of either the A1 or A2 transcriptional
