fossa. It occurs predominantly in children and has the tendency to metastasize via

gait, lethargy, headache, and vomiting. There are four histologic variants: classic
medulloblastoma, large cell/anaplastic medulloblastoma, desmoplastic/nodular medulloblastoma,
and medulloblastoma with extensive nodularity.;
