approximately 240 N-terminal amino acids of the nuclear receptor coactivator 4 protein,
fused with most of the C-terminal cytoplasmic domain of the proto-oncogene tyrosine-protein
kinase receptor Ret protein, including the tyrosine kinase domain.;
