with the immunostimulant keyhole limpet hemocyanin. Vaccination with GM2-KLH vaccine
may stimulate the host immune system to mount a cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) response
against GM2 ganglioside-expressing melanoma cells, resulting in tumor growth inhibition.
