Upon administration, autologous CAR-T cells B4T2-001 target and bind to the TAA-expressing tumor cells. This results in a cytotoxic T-lymphocyte (CTL) response against the tumor cells, the release of cytotoxic molecules and the induction of tumor cell lysis.;
