ovarian cancer-specific antigen(s), with potential immunostimulatory and antineoplastic
activities. Upon subcutaneous administration of the autologous ovarian cancer-specific
antigens-pulsed DCs Cellgram-DC near the lymph nodes, the DCs stimulate a specific
cytotoxic T-lymphocyte (CTL)-mediated immune response against the ovarian cancer cells
expressing the antigens, resulting in tumor cell lysis.;
