68 AIP-301, the AIP-301 moiety targets and binds to HER2-expressing tumor cells. This
facilitates both the detection of HER2-expressing tumor cells and the assessment of
responses to AIP-303 and other HER2-targeted chemotherapeutic agents during PET/CT.
HER2, a tyrosine kinase, is overexpressed on the cell surfaces of various tumor cell
