adapter molecule SWI019, and upon co-administration of CLBR001, the Fab moiety of
SWI019 targets and binds to tumor cells expressing CD19, and the PNE of SWI019 binds
to the binding domain of CLBR001, thereby activating CLBR001. This induces selective
toxicity in and causes lysis of CD19-expressing tumor cells. CD19 antigen is a B-cell
specific cell surface antigen expressed in all B-cell lineage malignancies.;
