Upon administration of the TM4SF1-CAR/EpCAM-CAR-expressing autologous T cells, the TM4SF1-CAR-expressing autologous T-cells specifically recognize and bind to TM4SF1-expressing tumor cells and the EpCAM-CAR-expressing autologous T-cells specifically recognize and bind to EpCAM-expressing tumor cells, resulting in tumor cell lysis. TM4SF1 and EpCAM are expressed by a variety of tumor cells.;
