PIM3. This prevents the activation of PIM-mediated signaling pathways and inhibits
proliferation in cells that overexpress PIMs. PIMs, constitutively active proto-oncogenic
serine/threonine kinases upregulated in various types of cancers, play key roles in
tumor cell proliferation and survival.;
