binds to and inhibits FGFR, which results in the inhibition of FGFR-mediated signal
transduction pathways. This inhibits proliferation in FGFR-overexpressing tumor cells.
FGFR, a family of receptor tyrosine kinases upregulated in many tumor cell types,
