spindle-shaped and anaplastic cells which typically develops rapidly in sun- or radiation-damaged
skin. It may be mistaken clinically and histologically for an aggressive malignant
tumour. Although local recurrence and spread to lymph nodes may occur, it usually
does not recur after surgical removal.;
