ICD-11 definition : Gastrinoma is a gastrin-secreting tumor that can derived from the islet cells of the pancreas(30%), although it is most commonly found in the duodenum(60-70%). Hypersecretion of gastrin cause severe peptic disease (Zollinger-Ellison syndrome). Gastrinomas are usualy malignant (60-90%).;
