part of the maxilla and nasal complex. Affected individuals typically have an unusually
flat, underdeveloped midface (midfacial hypoplasia), with an abnormally short nose
and flat nasal bridge, underdeveloped upper jaw, relatively protruding lower jaw and/or
a 'reverse overbite'' (or class III malocclusion).;
