CET HOMME DE 53 ANS avait été admis en réanimation pour une hypothermie sévère à 28,3 °C de température centrale. Un électrocardiogramme, réalisé à son arrivée, montrait une onde positive convexe au point J. Cette anomalie régressa avec le réchauffement du patient.
