La fertilité après GEU a été étudiée chez 223 patientes présentant un désir de grossesse après traitement coelioscopique conservateur par salpingotomie en fonction des quatre antécédents suivants: GEU, salpingite, trompe unique, stérilité. Les antécédents affectent de façon très significative le pronostic de fertilité après GEU.
