Micro-chirurgie après ligatures des trompes.

The desire for tubal repermeabilization is especially evident in women who underwent sterilization before 30, or in women who remarried. Microsurgery allows the skilled surgeon to attempt tubal reanastomosis with success, but without any guarantee of the results. Chances of success depend essentially on the technique used for sterilization; the Yoon ring, the Pomeroy method, the Madlener method have a good chance of recanalization; electrocoagulation has few, while salpingectomy and fimbriectomy have practically none. It is obvious that tubal ligation must be performed only after serious reflection, and possibly only on women over 40.
