For the same year, Cameroon exported $2.3 billion in goods and services and imported $2.5 billion. As of 1995, the population was growing in size by 3% annually. In 1992-93, life expectancy at birth was 56 years, the infant mortality rate was 63 per 1000 births, 41% had access to health services, and 50% had access to drinkable water.
