Definition : Bowel wall has hyperattenuating inner and outer layers with intermediate hypoattenuating
layer, resembling a bullseye on CT. Results from hyperemia to the mucosa and muscularis
propria with edema in the submucosa. Sign is nonspecific, but usually suggests inflammatory
