Fusobacteria. This species is non-spore forming, indole, catalase, urease, lipase,
esculin and oxidase negative, does not produce hydrogen sulfide, but does reduce nitrate,
produce large amounts of butyrate, and converts threonine to propionic acid. F. ulcerans
causes ulcers in humans located in tropical nations however, this bacteria's natural
habitat is unknown.;
