" /> ACKR4 wt Allele - CISMeF

Preferred Label : ACKR4 wt Allele;

NCIt synonyms : CCX CKR; C-C CKR-11; PPR1; Chemokine, C-C Motif, Receptor-Like Protein 1 Gene; C-C Chemokine Receptor Type 11 Gene; CCX-CKR; Chemokine (C-C Motif) Receptor-Like 1 Gene; Chemokine Receptor-Like 1 Gene; CC-CKR-11; CCR-11; VSHK1; CCBP2; PPR1, Bovine, Homolog of Gene; Atypical Chemokine Receptor 4 wt Allele; CKR-11; CCR10; CCRL1; CCR11; CCRL1 wt Allele;

NCIt definition : Human ACKR4 wild-type allele is located within 3q22 and is approximately 5 kb in length. This allele, which encodes atypical chemokine receptor 4 protein, plays a role in the mediation of activated chemokine binding.;

NCIt note : Predominant expression of 5.0, 2.0 and 1.3kb mRNA forms exist in human heart tissue, while low-level expression of the 2.0 and 1.3kb forms in lung, pancreas and spleen and in fetal tissues. The CCRL1 gene has one intron in the 5' untranslated region. Coupled transcription-translation of CCRL1 cDNA yielded a 45kD glycosylated protein. (OMIM);

GenBank Accession Number : NM_016557;
