noted. The presence of human tissue transglutaminase, endomysial and gliadin antibodies
without substantial villous changes follow many years of a seemingly gluten-tolerant
diet. Despite an unremarkable clinical course, continued unrestricted gluten intake
may predispose to the same sequelae as overt disease.;
