B-cell epitope, HER-2(628-647), and a promiscuous T cell epitope (amino acid sequence
288-302) of the measles virus fusion protein (MVF). Vaccination with this immunogen
may stimulate the host immune response to mount a cytotoxic T-lymphocyte response
against tumor cells that overexpress the HER2 protein, resulting in tumor cell lysis.;
