benign neoplastic processes, neoplastic processes with dysplastic features, and borderline
processes. The former do not metastasize and the latter two are associated with a
future risk of stromal invasion and metastasis. For other conditions, a process that
is not seriously resistant to treatment or dangerous to health.;
