of interglandular stroma with complex irregularity of glands. There is a high nuclear
to cytoplasm ratio. The cell nuclei are large, ovoid to round and are not basally
located with marked irregular nuclear membranes, cleared, vesicular, clumped, or densely
hyperchromatic chromatin, and large conspicuous nucleoli. Mucus is typically absent.
Mitotic activity is prominent.;
