CIC/LEUTX fusion genes may harbor CIC missense mutations. This fusion is associated
with angiosarcoma, anaplastic ganglioglioma, anaplastic astrocytoma with epithelioid
glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) features and CIC-rearranged sarcomas.;
NCIt note : CIC/LEUTX fusion transcripts were characterized using RNAseq, RT-PCR/direct sequencing
and FISH; the putative fusion protein has not been observed.;
