Upon administration, allogeneic HPV-specific CD4 T-lymphocytes may induce selective
toxicity in HPV-positive cancer cells and other HPV-infected cells. HPV is associated
with various cancer cell types. The depletion of CD8 lymphocytes from the donor cell
preparation may lower the risk of graft-versus-host disease (GvHD).;
