CD33CAR-CD3zeta-4-1BB-expressing T-lymphocytes target and induce selective toxicity
in CD33-expressing tumor cells. CD33 is expressed on normal non-pluripotent hematopoietic
stem cells and on myeloid leukemia cells.;
