" /> CDC7 Inhibitor SGR-2921 - CISMeF

Preferred Label : CDC7 Inhibitor SGR-2921;

NCIt definition : An orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor of cell division cycle 7-related protein kinase (CDC7), with potential antineoplastic activity. Upon oral administration, CDC7 inhibitor SGR-2921 targets, binds to and inhibits the activity of CDC7, which may result in an impaired response to replication stress, DNA damage, and the induction of tumor cell apoptosis. CDC7, a serine-threonine kinase overexpressed in a variety of tumor cell types, plays a key role in DNA replication and DNA damage response by binding to and phosphorylating serine (Ser)-40 and 53 of minichromosome maintenance complex component 2 (MCM2).;

Molecule name : SGR 2921; SGR-2921;
