" /> Multi-kinase Inhibitor ST-1898 - CISMeF

Preferred Label : Multi-kinase Inhibitor ST-1898;

NCIt synonyms : Multi-target Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor ST-1898;

NCIt definition : An orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor of multiple receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs), with potential antineoplastic activity. Upon oral administration, multi-kinase inhibitor ST-1898 inhibits the activity of multiple RTKs, which may include vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR-2; VEGFR2), hepatocyte growth factor receptor (HGFR; c-Met), AXL (UFO), platelet-derived growth factor receptor alpha (PDGFRa), rearranged during transfection (RET) and mast/stem cell factor receptor c-Kit (SCFR; CD117). This may result in antitumor activity in tumor cells in which these RTKs are upregulated or dysregulated.;
