(Rhizoma alismatis), Guizhi (Cassia twig), Zhebeimu (Thunberg Fritillary bulb), Taoren
(peach kernel) and Chuanxiong (Ligusticum wallichii), that may be used to treat polycystic
ovary syndrome (PCOS). Upon administration, bushen huatan decoction may regulate the
inflammatory microenvironment and decrease inflammation. It may also improve insulin
resistance and decrease androgen levels. Altogether, this may improve PCOS symptoms.;
