Upon administration of gallium Ga 68 EB-ss-CPT, the EB-ss-CPT moiety binds to endogenous
albumin and the resulting albumin-bound nanocomplex accumulates in tumor cells. This
allows the detection and visualization of tumor cells upon PET imaging.;
