fibroblasts (CAFs). Upon binding and internalization, the radioconjugate specifically
delivers a cytotoxic dose of beta radiation to FAP-expressing CAFs. FAP, a cell surface
protein, is overexpressed on CAFs in the tumor microenvironment (TME).;
