T0: No evidence of primary tumor. T1: Tumor strictly confined to the cervix (extension
to corpus should be disregarded). T2: Tumor invading beyond the uterus but not to
the pelvic wall or to lower third of vagina. T3: Tumor extending to pelvic sidewall
and/or involving the lower third of vagina, and/or causing hydronephrosis or nonfunctioning
kidney. The pelvic sidewall is defined as the muscle, fascia, neurovascular structures,
and skeletal portions of the bony pelvis. Cases with no cancer-free space between
the tumor and pelvic wall by rectal examination are FIGO III. N1: Tumor with regional
lymph node metastasis to pelvic lymph nodes only. M0: No distant metastasis. (from
