Upon oral administration, EGFR/EGFRvIII inhibitor CM93 specifically targets, irreversibly binds to and inhibits EGFR and specific EGFR mutations, which prevents EGFR/EGFR mutant-mediated signaling and leads to cell death in EGFR/EGFR mutant-expressing tumor cells.
