NCIt definition : A polyclonal proliferation of lymphoid tissue in the lacrimal gland. It usually presents
as painless palpable masses leading to globe displacement, decreased motility, diplopia,
and ptosis. It has a tendency to involve bilateral lacrimal glands. There is a higher
