antineoplastic activity. Upon administration of astatine At 211 anti-CD38 MoAb OKT10-B10,
the MoAb moiety targets and binds to CD38-expressing tumor cells, thereby delivering
a cytotoxic dose of alpha radiation directly to the CD38-expressing tumor cells. CD38,
a type II transmembrane glycoprotein and tumor-associated antigen (TAA), is present
on various immune cells and in hematologic malignancies; its expression has been correlated
with poor prognosis.;
