immunostimulating and antineoplastic activities. Upon intratumoral administration,
the oncolytic adenovirus CAdVEC selectively infects and replicates in tumor cells,
leading to tumor cell lysis. Additionally, CAdVEC has been genetically modified to
express currently undisclosed immunomodulatory molecules that may enhance the anti-tumor
effects of endogenous T-lymphocytes as well as adoptively transferred chimeric antigen
receptor (CAR) T-cells.;
