activities. A patient's tumor is isolated, TSMAs are identified, assessed and prioritized,
and two or more TSMAs are selected to be further processed into SLPs. Upon administration,
personalized SLP vaccine may stimulate the host immune system to mount a cytotoxic
T-cell lymphocyte (CTL)-mediated immune response against the TSMAs expressed by the
tumor cells.;
