than 5 cm in greatest dimension. M0: Testicular cancer without evidence of distant
metastasis. M1a: Testicular cancer with non-retroperitoneal nodal or pulmonary metastases.
M1b: Testicular cancer with non-pulmonary visceral metastases. S3: LDH more than 10
x N or hCG (mlU/mL) more than 50,000 or AFP (ng/mL) more than 10,000. N indicates
