to Ep-CAM, which may result in a cytotoxic T-lymphocyte (CTL)-mediated immune response
against Ep-CAM-expressing tumor cells. Ep-CAM, a cell surface protein upregulated
on many tumor cell types, promotes the proliferation, migration and invasiveness of
tumor cells.;
