NCIt definition : A standardized rating scale developed by Aaron Smith in 1982, which is used to identify individuals with neurological impairment, as well as to assess divided attention, visual scanning and motor speed. This functional test measures the time to pair abstract symbols with specific numbers with a 90 second time limit. Scoring of this test is based on the total number of correctly coded items from 0-110 in 90 seconds.;
