EGFR, thereby abrogating EGFR inhibition in the skin caused by systemic EGFR inhibiting
agents. This may help inhibit the skin rash induced by EGFR antagonists. EGFR, a tyrosine
kinase, plays a key role in maintaining epidermal integrity.;
