Description : Eating disorders such as bulimia nervosa are complex disorders that can be influenced
by many genes. One locus for susceptibility to bulimia nervosa (BULN1) has been mapped
to chromosome 10p. Susceptibility to bulimia (BULN2; 610269) has also been associated
with polymorphisms in the BDNF gene (113505) on chromosome 11.;
