Description : Torus palatinus (TP) is a spindle-shaped bony elevation along the midline of the hard palate. Torus mandibularis (TM) is a bony elevation along the mandible generally just below the lower premolars. Both exostoses usually appear in the form of a series of swellings (summary by Suzuki and Sakai, 1960).;
