Description : Erythema palmare hereditarium is a benign condition that was first described by Lane (1929). Erythema usually presents at birth and remains stable throughout life. Histology shows dilated vessels in the entire dermis with inflammatory infiltrate. Capillaroscopy reveals an increased number of capillary loops running parallel to the surface (summary by Kluger and Guillot, 2010).;
