Preferred Label : Maximum clot strength amplitude.activator F induced:Len:Pt:Bld:Qn:Thromboelastography.resonance;
LOINC status : ACTIVE;
LOINC display name : Maximum amplitude activator F induced Resonance TEG (Bld) [Length];
LOINC long common name : Maximum amplitude activator F induced [Length] in Blood by Resonance TEG;
LOINC short name : MA ActF Bld Res TEG;
LOINC description : The maximum clot strength in the presence of activator F, as measured by the amplitude
of resonance of the blood meniscus as the blood sample clots. In this test, thrombin
activity is blocked, and Activator F is used to activate fibrinogen in order to measure
the clot strength based on fibrin. This term was created for, but is not limited in
use to, the Submitter's test kit, the TEG6s PlateletMapping ADP Assay Cartridge for
heparinized blood.;
